Centro Campesino rehabilitates and weatherizes rural single-family housing for families and individuals of low income, including farmworkers, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Rural rehab reduces the number of dilapidated and unsafe dwellings and helps serve residents who would otherwise have little access to home repair financing.  Weatherization services make homes more energy efficient, which helps keep utility costs down. Through these initiatives, residents are given the opportunity to protect an important investment--their homes.
